A bit about us… Dean Spear, IFAS, founded Spear Real Estate & Investments in 1985 to provide real estate appraisals, auctions, sales and property management. Success in that endeavor is evidenced by growth of the company. Today, Spear Realty is recognized as a leading professional agency in Miami and surrounding counties with ten agents and appraiser’s on staff.
